Wiltshire Cottage
A decoration project for a repeat client with a stone cottage in Wiltshire. The house had been renovated years earlier but always lacked character and energy. The brief was to transform the interiors without any building work, working with the existing furniture and focusing on recovering upholstery, redecorating walls and adding the finishing touches.

This was a different kind of project for us. Rather than starting from a blank sheet, we accepted what was already there and made it better. Every piece of furniture was recovered, every wall redecorated, and carefully chosen lamps, shades and cushions brought the schemes together.
The finished house reflects the clients’ strong, happy energy, something that was missing before. It is a good reminder that sometimes a home does not need rebuilding, just a fresh eye and the confidence to add colour, pattern and personality where it was lacking.
