Belsize Park Flat
Our own ground-floor flat in Belsize Park, where we combined two small apartments and built a large rear extension. Designed entirely in-house, it is an embodiment of Brandon’s design sensibility — a blend of traditional nostalgia at the front and something fresher and more modern at the back, held together by colour, energy and an appetite for mixing eras.

The formal sitting room leans into a warm, collected feeling with rich tones and pieces that could have been gathered over decades. Moving towards the rear of the flat, the mood shifts — lighter, more contemporary, with cleaner lines and a stronger connection to the garden.
Everything was designed from scratch, from the windows and doors to the kitchen and bathroom joinery. It was a labour of love and a genuine reflection of how we think about design: borrowing from different eras to make something new, but never so new that it feels foreign.
